Attorney Joseph Bradica is an associate that joined Villari, Brandes, & Giannone in 2015, but has been practicing law since 2002. Joseph’s practice areas cover a wide range of topics including Medical Malpractice, Nursing Home Abuse, and Personal Injury matters.
He received his Juris Doctorate from the Beasely School of Law at Temple University, his Masters of Business (MBA) from The Fox School of Business at Temple University, and his undergraduate degree from Pennsylvania State University. He earned accolades for his distinguished performance in Temple’s Trial Advocacy Program and received additional recognition for his writing and advocacy skills. His scholarly work was published in Temple’s International and Comparative Law Journal and has been referenced in legal academia.
Prior to joining the firm of Villari, Brandes and Giannone, Joe was an experienced litigator handling hundreds of cases to verdict, settlement or dismissal. His past litigation practice concentrated on the defense of health care practitioners and physicians in medical malpractice matters. Joseph also represented individuals and businesses in all forms of commercial and employment litigation matters. Additionally, he was called upon by courts and private litigants to serve as an independent arbitrator of cases. Joseph served as a law clerk in the Eastern District of Pennsylvania for the late Clifford Scott Green.
He is a member of both the Pennsylvania Bar Association and the New Jersey Bar Association.
