Attorney Ariel E. Givner

Ariel E. Givner, Esq. joined the firm in 2020. Ariel’s practice focuses on medical malpractice and other injury cases on behalf of the firm’s catastrophically injured clients and their families.
Ariel earned her bachelor's degree in government from Franklin & Marshall College. At Franklin & Marshall, Ariel was heavily involved in “Greek life” and was a member of the university's equestrian and softball teams.
After graduating college, Ariel attended Villanova University School of Law, earning her law degree in 2017. During her time at Villanova, Ariel interned at several law firms and wrote numerous articles for an online publication that focused on intellectual property in the fashion industry. Throughout these opportunities, Ariel gained valuable experience in the civil litigation process.
Upon graduating from law school, Ariel was selected to serve in a very prestigious position -- as law clerk to the Honorable Craig L. Wellerson, Presiding Civil Judge in the New Jersey Superior Court, Law Division in Ocean County. As a law clerk, Ariel gained extensive and crucial experience by performing complex legal research, drafting in-depth court opinions, conducting settlement conferences, helping the judge prepare for trials and hearings, and observing numerous complex trials and oral arguments.
Ariel is admitted to practice law in New Jersey and Minnesota.
